Terms of service
Effective September 15, 2026
These terms govern access to Citigen Voice. By creating or using an account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
Service scope
Citigen Voice is an administrative assistant for call handling, booking, follow-up, and related business workflows. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or professional clinical judgment. Customers remain responsible for their work, consent, emergency procedures, staffing, and the accuracy of their availability and instructions.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate configuration, maintain authorized users, protect credentials, obtain required caller and recording consent, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and carrier or provider rules. The service must not be used to transmit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.
Healthcare and sensitive data
Customers must not send protected health information until the parties have completed all required security, vendor, and contractual reviews, including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable. Availability of technical safeguards alone does not establish regulatory compliance.
Third-party services
Voice, calendar, messaging, authentication, hosting, and payment functions may depend on third-party services. Their outages, limitations, and terms may affect Citigen Voice. Customers are responsible for their own connected accounts and must maintain a safe manual fallback for urgent calls and scheduling.
Fees, suspension, and cancellation
Charges and billing cadence are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply. Access may be limited for overdue amounts, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach. Customers may cancel according to the billing controls made available to them; amounts already due remain payable unless required otherwise by law.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citigen Voice disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, missed emergencies, clinical decisions, or failures of customer or third-party systems. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Account termination and data
Customers may request account closure and deletion by contacting support@citigenvoice.com. Requests are verified and handled subject to legal holds, required retention, security records, and contracted obligations. Customers should export needed information before termination.
