Privacy notice
Effective September 15, 2026
Citigen Voice provides automated call handling, scheduling, messaging, and account administration for contractor businesses and other configured workspaces. This notice explains how Citigen Voice processes information when businesses and their callers use the service.
Information we process
Depending on a workspace's configuration, we may process caller contact details, booking requests, call metadata, transcripts, scheduling information, support communications, user account details, and billing identifiers. Payment-card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by Citigen Voice.
How information is used
We use information to answer and route calls, schedule jobs, send requested confirmations, operate and secure customer accounts, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information or use caller information for targeted advertising.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, voice, calendar, messaging, payment, and support providers selected to operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
Customer-controlled transcript and recording retention settings determine how long eligible call content is kept. Other records are retained only as needed for the service, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use tenant isolation, access controls, encryption in transit, audit records, and restricted administrative access, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Choices and requests
Business customers control their account data and should be the first point of contact for caller access, correction, or deletion requests. Account users may contact privacy@citigenvoice.com for privacy or security questions. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where legally required.
Healthcare information
Citigen Voice is an administrative service, not a healthcare provider. A workspace that handles protected health information must complete its own privacy, consent, vendor, and Business Associate Agreement review before sending that information. This notice is not a representation that any particular deployment is HIPAA compliant.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service evolves. A revised notice will show a new effective date on this page.
